KaJeZi Designs offers a variety of custom and made-to-order products. Due to the nature of our business, product details, availability, and offerings may change at any time without notice.

2. Custom Orders & Approval
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for all custom orders. Any proofs, mockups, or design previews must be reviewed and approved before production begins. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

3. Turnaround Time
All items are made to order. Production times vary based on order complexity and volume. Estimated turnaround times are provided but are not guaranteed.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time. Full payment is required before any order is processed or completed.

5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. Shipping
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. KaJeZi Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and content created by KaJeZi Designs remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
KaJeZi Designs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
