Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Delays
KaJeZi Custom Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
